Welcome to Bloom Azure. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bloomazure.com and the products sold through it (the "Site"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the payment information you provide is your own and accurate.

2. Products and wellness

Sole Reset is a wellness product, not a medical device or drug. Statements made about the product on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, ingredient lists, and pricing on the Site. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices on the Site are in U.S. dollars. We accept payment via Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and the major credit cards displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of the order, including applicable tax and shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or that violate these Terms. If we cancel an order, we will refund the full amount paid.

4. Subscriptions

By enrolling in a subscription you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on the recurring schedule you select. 5. Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times, shipping costs, and tracking. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product names ("Bloom Azure" and "Sole Reset"), and software, is the property of Bloom Azure or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bloom Azure harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the State of Delaware. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
