Subscription Policy

Sole Reset is most powerful when used nightly. Subscriptions make that easy: 30% off every shipment, free worldwide shipping always, and full control from your account in one click.

How subscriptions work

When you subscribe at checkout, you authorize us to ship and charge for the product on a recurring schedule (every 4 weeks, 8 weeks, or a frequency you choose) at the discounted subscription price. You will be billed automatically on the same date each cycle, and the order will ship the same day.

Pricing (Subscribe & Save 30%)

  • 1 Pack subscription: $29.40 per shipment (30% off the one-time price of $42.00). 20 patches, 10 nights of double-foot use. Default ships every 4 weeks.
  • 3 Packs subscription: $76.30 per shipment (30% off the one-time price of $109.00). 60 patches, 30 nights. Default ships every 8 weeks.
  • 6 Packs subscription: $132.30 per shipment (30% off the one-time price of $189.00). 120 patches, 60 nights. Default ships every 8 weeks.

Cancel anytime

One click. No phone call. No retention questions. Cancel from your account at any time, or email support@bloomazure.com and we will cancel for you immediately. Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled charge.

Skip a shipment

You can skip an upcoming shipment at any time from your account portal. Useful when you're traveling, well-stocked, or just want to pause for a cycle.

Pause your subscription

Need a longer break? You can pause your subscription for up to 90 days from your account. We will not charge you during the pause and will resume on the date you choose.

Change frequency, quantity, or address

You can change your subscription frequency (2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 8 weeks), quantity, or shipping address at any time from your account portal. Changes take effect on your next shipment.

Pre-shipment notification

You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each subscription rebill so you have time to skip, pause, or modify. We never ship a surprise charge.

Failed payments

If your payment method fails on a rebill, we will notify you by email and retry the charge twice over the following 7 days. If retry attempts fail, we will cancel the upcoming shipment and email you to update your payment method. You will not be shipped or charged until you confirm.

Refunds on subscription rebills

You have 30 days from the ship date of any subscription rebill to request a full refund on that shipment. See the Refund Policy for the process.

Subscription account portal

Manage your subscription anytime by signing in to your account at bloomazure.com/account. From the account portal you can:

  • Skip the next shipment
  • Pause for up to 90 days
  • Cancel
  • Change frequency, quantity, or pack size
  • Update payment method or shipping address
  • Apply a discount code
