Shipping Policy

We ship free worldwide to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Shipping rates

  • Free shipping on every order, every variant, every country we ship to. No order minimum.
  • Subscription orders ship free, always.

Where we ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states, including AK and HI)
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
  • Australia

If your country is not listed, we are not yet able to deliver to your address. We are evaluating expansion and will announce additional countries as they come online.

Order processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order shipping.

Delivery times

  • United States: 5-10 business days from ship date.
  • United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 7-14 business days from ship date.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs and duties

For shipments to the UK, Canada, and Australia, any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We will not refund orders that are returned due to unpaid customs charges.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped. If your order ships to an incorrect address you provided, we will work with you to recover it but cannot guarantee replacement at our cost.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order does not arrive within 14 business days of shipping (within the U.S.) or 21 business days (international), or if it arrives damaged, email support@bloomazure.com with your order number (and a photo if damaged). We will resend or refund at no charge.

P.O. boxes and APO/FPO

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times to these addresses may be longer than the standard window above.

Subscription shipping

Subscription orders ship on the same date each cycle (every 4 or 8 weeks based on your selected frequency). You will receive a notification email 3 days before your next shipment, giving you time to skip, pause, or modify the order.
